If you're reading this then you too have made it to see 2022!!! What a blessing to enter into a new year with a fresh perspective! As many people prepare calendars, goal setting, resolutions, and many other benchmarks by which they measure success; my theme this year is: "no resolutions just execution".
If you are anything like me, I am so tired of being disappointed by goals that are not fulfilled or reaching them and not feel as complete as I thought I would. I would much rather put my energy into executing my short and long-term goals for my personal life as well as my business. I realize that this can only be done by taking it one day at a time. Not living too much in past mistakes or jumping ahead of the present to live in the future. My grandfather says it like this: "I'm walking light but well balanced". This simply means that he is not carrying much baggage outside of what is necessary therefore keeping the scales balanced.
My prayer for you is that you would know that there is purpose inside of you. Spend a little time this year discovering what that is and how to share your purpose with the world. Many people may think that this has to be a huge gesture when in fact it can start right in your home ("Charity starts at home then spreads aboard", 1 Corinthians 5-6). It's the small things that propel you to even bigger opportunities.
