At Courageous Creations we value you, as we strive for transparency in our interactions, we seek to make your online experiences with us fun, efficient and personalized. The information that we obtain from or about you, whether directly or indirectly, helps us understand you better and improve your shopping and other experiences with us.

 

Availability. Many creations are seasonal and certain colors may or may not be available. Your designer will shop according to your color preference and stay in contact to confirm your choice. If we are unable to meet an agreement on fabric and color choices for your order, you will be notified and your credit/debit card or PayPal® account, as applicable, will not be charged.

 

Payment. Your credit/debit card or PayPal® account will be charged at the time the order is placed. To place your custom order, you must confirm to us the name that appears on the card or account to be charged, the card or account number, the expiration date of the card, and the card security code. We will use our best efforts to keep all credit/debit card or account information strictly confidential. We will never intentionally share such information without your express permission.
