Follow these steps:

1. Click the link below to complete the mandatory Vendor Registration Form.

2.  Go to the Events tab and select "RSVP" OR just click here to RSVP and pay the fee:

Please Note: Vendors must submit the mandatory Vendor Registration Form AND pay the mandatory vendor fee in order to be a vendor at the Courageous Creations Presents: Melanated Masterpieces Fashion Show.  Physical or digital receipt must be shown upon entry.
